Need OTC med rec

My allergies are really bad right now. I can't sleep, can't taste anything, and I know I am getting a sinus infection because I haven't been taking any meds due to concern over milk supply. Can anyone rec something to help drain my sinuses that they have used without having any effect on supply? I did read the suggestions on kellymom, but I would love to hear from someone with actual experience.

Are you using a neti pot?  If not start there,  I love love love the neti pot

Yep, I love mine too! I did start using it last night and I absolutely think it is helping. I still can't taste anything though!

The only thing I have been able to take without noticing a dip in supply is Liquid Benadryl..I take 2 tsp. I think it is kids actually but it helps a lot. I am too scared to take Claritin D. Even though my OB's nurse said it would help a lot. Hope you feel better soon!

Thanks! We actually have that so I am going to give it a try. I had resigned myself to taking the benadryl, but the kids' stuff sounds like a better idea.
