Baby acne...on eyelids? Or something else?

Have any of your LO's had red bumps on their eyelids? My son has developed quite the case of acne on his face, but it seems weird that his eyelids would have it too. Could it possibly be eczema? It seems kind of scaly and looks a little bit like my eczema patches do, but I didn't know such young babies could develop it. Anyone experience this?

My son has what i 'think' is baby acne and its starting to get worse and there are a few on his eye lids.. I'm going to be asking the doctor at the next visit, but until then im just watching it.. It makes me so sad though to see him with it..
