Gliders

Hello ladies!

 Can anyone tell me a good place to look for gliders that look like chairs. For example: https://www.rockingchairs.com/indoor-rocking-chairs/nursery/wingbackglider.cfm

 We already tried ordering one online and it didn't work out so I would like to be able to go to someplace affordable and try them out...

    We have a a Best Chairs brand swivel glider from the Storytime Collection, I think it's the Braxton with the ottoman.  We purchased ours from Lonestar Baby, they have a lot on the floor to try out.  Stacy Furniture's Oh Baby showroom also carries them.  While our baby isn't here yet, I absolutely love sitting in the glider. 

    I've also heard on other boards some girls raving about Walmart and JCPenny carrying a certain upholstered glider for a lot less $$$, but have no experience with that.

    We looked at Baby World near the Galleria (https://www.babyworlddallas.com), Lone Star Baby and Magic Moon in Plano, but we ended up just getting a leather rocker/recliner from The Dump for a really great deal. I love it, and it looks great in our lime green/brown nursery. It's way more comfy than the smaller rocking chair looking gliders. I know several girls on here have also had custom upholstered chairs made, too.

    We have the Best Chairs storytime as well, LOVE IT! Got it 5 yrs ago and it still looks/feels new.  Worth the investment.

    We had a recliner from our living room that we moved into the nursery.  Although gliders are nice, I LOVED having a recliner in there as I slept in the recliner for about 3 months!  It was big enough to sleep in and hold the boys at the same time.  I'm a tall gall and most of the glider type chairs don't have a high enough back for me to sleep in them.  My head would be bobbing all over the place!  This was a great solution for us.  When I didn't need it in there anymore, we moved it to the game room.
