Wheat Grass ladies...

The wheat grass is making me gag.  And it's the tablets no less.  The smell, the taste... *gags*

This morning I tried to swallow but the pills and the water came back up.  I was even sweating and tearing up!

HOW do you all choke these things down?

    I drink the fresh juice. Just a 1 oz. shot and it doesn't bother me. I just do it quick and chase it with crystal light or something. Anything that makes you gag isn't worth it IMO!

    I was doing the juice for awhile but it's expensive so I switched to the tablets.  I HATE the tablets and the only way I can swallow them is with orange juice.  I don't know if it diminishes the effect but it's the only way they're going down.

    Very quickly!!!!   Sometimes I take them one by one at other times I swallow all 5 tablets at once.  I know what you mean about the taste and smell.  Just think of the benefits.

    I always had to take the pills with fruit juice. It helps to drown out that smell! GL

    Tablets suck! I drink the shot. I got mine at Whole foods. In the frozen section. I defrost the little shots and add it with my daily oj I don't mind the taste at all!!
