How much does/did you 5-6mo weigh?

I am starting to get paranoid that DS is way to big based on comments people make.  I know all babies are different but I am curious what other weights have been.  We haven't weighed him since his 4 month appointment but I probably will put him on the scale tonight.  He has got to be somewhere around 18lbs I would think.

Whoa big baby!! I can't remember exactly what they were at 4months but right now (at 7.5 months) DS is 17.5lbs and DD is 15.5lbs.

at their 6 month appt. my girls weighed 17 & 18 + pounds...sounds like he is right on track to be a big healthy baby!

Phew.  That makes me feel better.  Thanks  I think he looks extra large because DD is so small in comparison.

At 6m, Alex was 18lbs13oz and Will was 17lbs10oz. By 7.5m, Alex was 21 lbs and Will was 19 lbs ... and then their growth totally slowed down. I forget their 6-month percentiles now, but they were both really chunky from about month 2 to 5 or so but have slimmed down a lot since then. They were both over the 90th percentile for weight at 3m but now at 15m, Alex is 43rd for weight (72nd for height) and Will is 32nd for weight (57th for height). Alex has only gained 3 lbs since 7 months and Will has gained 4 lbs since then.

DS weighed 15lbs 6oz and DD weighed 18lbs 13oz at 6 months. I was worried about it, but the pedi. assured me that once she started crawling, that she would slim down.
