    We live in a 1920 Cape Cod style house that has 1.75 levels. It's 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, around 1300 sq feet. We have a formal dining room, 2 garages, and our lot is 60 x 107.

    We bought it last year, and it's fine for now. We plan on selling in 5-7 years. It will be pretty tight with another kid.
