Check the website. If they don't have it, send them an email requesting it. I am sure there are plenty of Costco mamas that would love to get soy formula there.
I know for sure Sams doesn't. I don't have a Costco membership, but I asked a friend of mine to check next time they go. I would be willing to get one if they do.

you can order it online, but you have to buy 3 tubs.
ETA: that price includes shipping. So if you were to buy it at the store it would be cheaper.
