I couldn't find this in Wegman's (they normally have EVERYTHING). What can I substitue for it? It is used in a muffin recipe.
TIA!
I have no idea. My first thoughts were wheat germ or oats...and then I found this, which is a little hard to navigate but might help:

Also this site says you can sub wheat bran: https://sonic.net/~alden/Flournw.html but it's drier
And this site says you can use oatmeal as a sub: https://www.eggfreebaking.com/structure/information-about-ingredients.html
So...in short, I don't know, still, but sounds like oats or wheat bran or both would work.

Cool, thanks. There was already wheat bran in the recipe so I used regular oats instead.
