What size bottle nipple for 3/4 month old?

I'll be going back to work in a couple weeks, and made the mistake of not getting DD used to eating from a bottle.  Now she is refusing to eat from it most of the time.  She took one yesterday from DH, and took 1/2 of one this morning from me.  It is pumped breast milk, so she is used to the taste.  I am using the Level 1/slow flow nipple, so maybe I should go right to Level 2/medium flow at her age.  What size do you use for your LO?

we use a number 2 nipple, although I think we will upgrade to a 3 soon.  My sister started her daughters on a level three at 3 months although they say number 2 is good until 6 months.

We're at size 2 (dr browns) but we might go up to 3 soon (at least try it) as she seems to be taking forever to eat again...

We've been using level 2 since 8 weeks.

My DD has been on the fast flow (playtex drop-ins) since 8 weeks old!  If the milk is running out the side of their mouth, or the amount of spit-up increases, then the nipple is probably too fast!  GL!

We are still using Level 1 with the Born Free. DS is still taking the same amount of time to eat as he has from early on so we are going to stick with it.
