How long should cervix...

be at 30 weeks??? Just had an ultrasound and wondered. It was 3.29 cm. Im in the hospital on bedrest for preeclampsia not preterm labor but wondered if anything was going on in there??

    under 2.5 cm they start to worry.  Your cervix length sounds good.

    Yep, that's nice and long. I was over 4 at one point and they said my cervix was a rockstar. Now it's 2.5 (last week) and they said I'll likely be admitted for a shortening cervix this week.
