I don't know if this is too much help but when I was in the OBGYN & Associates midwife office last week they had a brochure of a local hypnobirthing class. I don't remember the name or where but maybe if you try to call their office.
The brochure was located on a table in their waiting area.
I would recommend you research Hypnobirthing vs. Hypnobabies. From what I have read, Hypnobabies is the preferred method, as it works better to actually put you under hypno-anesthia. I did Hypnobirthing with my last child, and it fell way short in terms of being able to offer me any pain relief. I don't know anyone who had a pain free birth, or anything close to it. For this child, I'm going to do the Hypnobabies home course. GL!
