sciatica pain?

So I have pain from the top of my butt all the way down my leg into my foot and toes.  I am guessing it is sciatica pain.  Anyone else have this?  What did you do to relieve the pain?

Chiropractor, stretching, and I sit on a yoga ball to help.

yes, had this as well as RLS.  since i was on BR, there wasn't much i could do.  dh would rub my butt alot   especially in the middle of the night when i was the most still.

also try not to go up and down the stairs as much if at all possible.
