I noticed today that my kiddo has a green coating on his tongue that doesn't seem to come off. I know what thrush looks like (white coating) but have never seen anything like this before...he also has some blotchy areas of redness to a few spots in the creases of his arms and legs as well as congestion. I understand the congestion part because my DH and I are both sick but I am not sure what to think about the rash or the green tongue. I highly doubt they are even related but figured I would ask to see if anyone had any thoughts on this. My kiddo hasn't had any new foods lately so I can't attribute the rash to that. Thanks in advance! ![]()
Re: Green tongue?
That's all I can think of too - green food item. Oh and also, is there a chance that LO was sucking on or got toy in his mouth that was green?
I bought G some little red wooden cars at Target in their dollar bins - the next thing I know I've got red dye on his clothing, his tongue, hands, etc Ugh.
Hope you figure it out!
