I got both my boppy's (the Sweet Pea cover ones that are like $40 in the store) for $8 each on Craiglist- they were in perfect condition.
I wouldn't buy a used Milk Storage container. If you do storage, you will use alot of storage bags and the actual bottles you pump in to.
I also think $170 is alot of a used pump. You might consider renting a pump for the first month (my hospital was $70) and then make a decision on buying a pump. I can also say this about a used pump- my suction has went down a bit on my pump after 4 months of some pretty heavy use. So to buy $170 used, it would be worth it IMO to get a new and totally sanitized PISA f or $280.

boppy covers can range in price, so it would depend on brand and condition.
most pumps should not be bought used. i used a hosp rental, and i think they do something to sterilize everything before it's reused. if you know the person, and trust they didn't have any infections, then it might be just fine.
