eating while sleeping?

many times LO will eat and still be asleep, she wakes up a bit fussy when it's time to eat and will eat but be asleep the whole time, should i force her to be awake? i just figure it's ok as long as she is getting what she needs?

if you add farting AND pooping that sounds like my Monkey. I let him cause if I put him in the cradle he will scream blood murder.
