6 weeks is when it hit me too. Hang in there! What worked for me is small sips of sparkling water (plan made me puke for some reason) and those sea-band seasickness pressure point wristbands
I really found that I felt the worst when there was nothing in my stomach. Slowly eating Saltines and sipping on Ginger Ale really helped with the nausea.
Feel better. I remember those days all too well. Just remember, it's all for a great reason and one day it will go away. At your appointment, talk to your doctor and if gets bad, don't hesitate to ask for something. I feel like I waited too long before asking for my Zofran. Just keep eating small little bits.
Jackie well thankfully it is a great sign that things are working really well in there. Hope you find a great solution to help the feeling though. Maybe those MS pops will help do the trick?

When I came back from the bathroom the 2nd time, I sorta smiled b/c you are right... it all seems to be working. LOL For now, I have these fruit snacks (like gummi bears) that appear to be working. Hopefully I can have lunch peacefully. May go to DH's office to relax a bit.

Aw. It's all for a good reason (well, two great reasons)! It's no fun, but I don't really have any tips. Popsicles helped me a lot. I believe I would say "sweet relief!" whenever I ate one. And for a couple weeks I ate several a day. I hope you can relax today.
Here's what helped me - before I got Zofran - Ginger ale (make sure it has real ginger), saltines, pretzels, Preggie Pop Drops from Motherhood Maternity, not letting my stomach get empty.
Ditto what everyone else has said - it was worse for me when my stomach was empty and ginger ale helped A LOT. I also had some ginger pills that I took a few times when it was really bad...

Like everyone said it is for a good reason. Your two little turkeys are doing well and thriving! What the Dr told me when I had MS with Alexis was to have ginger ale on my night stand and some saltines. Before I even got out of bed sit up SLOWLY and eat 2 saltines. Wait a few minutes, then go about your normal morning routine. That should help some. Hope that helps and I hope that the MS goes away sooner than later.
You are going to hate me but that is awesome!!! . I get really sickduring my cycles (ivf) and I hate it but, in all honesty it means those babies are growing. So WOOHOO...morning sickness...WOOHOO! On a serious note I hope your first trimester flies by and you feel better soon.
Morning sickness is a pain in the behind but it sure is a good sign! Hope it's just some nausea and doesn't involve the vomiting part and that it goes away soon!

This exactly! It'll pass by quicker than you think. I'll be 12 weeks tomorrow and I've been feeling great! But, I've been keeping up the habit of eating smaller meals and snacks every couple of hours so that I don't have an empty stomach. It'll help later when we're bigger and can't eat a full meal anyway. It's kind of funny because everyone's been telling me at work that they haven't seen me in a while and they wonder what I've been up to (I was hiding out in my office the last couple of months due to the nausea and sleepiness, lol).
Went to Dh's office for lunch... they had ham sandwiches that sounded great, but didn't sit too well. I only hate 1/3. On my way back to the office, I bought some Ginger Ale, and Nila cookies... and so far so good.
The Canada Dry has been sitting very well, and just had 2 cookies. : )

preggie pops worked wonders for me!! especially the lavender flavored ones they were fabulous. They sell them at bru, buy buy baby and motherhood. they're all natural and have ginger in them, so it helps iwth the nausea!
Re: And the morning sickness has begun.
