We are almost at the height limit for the convertible car seat. I know that I'll be getting a booster seat with a 5 point harness for safety, but I'm looking for other tips and any recommendations of what you have or what you would buy!
We have to buy at least 4 of them for babysitters and us (our cars are too old for LATCH so it is a huge pain to move them from one car to the next), so we can't buy all top of the line. We've been really happy with the Evenflo Triumph convertibles for cost, safety and ease.
Thanks for your help!
Re: Booster Seats
I'm not a ton of help on research yet since I've only looked a bit, but I've heard lots of good things about the Graco Nautilus. I'm not sure on others, that's just one that I've had in the back of my head because I remember hearing raves about it in a few different places from different people!
Yikes, though! I know it's not high end, but at $150 each, that would add up if you need 4 seats. Some others that seem to get good reviews that are mid-range in price:
-Sunshine Kids Monetery
-Evenflo Generations 65
-Safety First Apex 65
I think Cosco also has a 5 point harness booster (like the Scenera convertible) and that would be a safe option for a lower price, just without many bells and whistles.
