I didn't with any of the three. I asked my pedi about spacing them out. He said he definitely recommended against it. The baby would be exposed to that many more germs just coming into his office a few times than he would from the vaccines. I agreed so we do them all together.
the recommended schedule was developed after much testing to make sure the combos and spacings worked well together. Delayed schedules have not been through such intense scientific testing. For that reason I will not do delayed. Don't feel bad about it.
We follow the regular AAP/CDC schedule. I have never worried about it. I worry more about the millions of germs in my pedis office and making an extra trip there then I do about the regular vaccine schedule.
Plus my kids love going to the doctor and I would like to keep it that way. I would hate for every trip to the peds office to involve a shot.
