DD keeps taking off her diapers...

She takes them off everytime she pees! Aplix, snaps, even side snaps. I've caught her digging in her diaper drawer for a new diaper several times.

I wish they made pull-ups as absorbant as diapers

Sounds like she's ready to work on PL!  Could you loosely snap the side-snaps so she can grab them and pull them on?

DS is bringing me a new diaper every time he wets.  We have been practicing so hopefully he will take to it nicely

Maybe this could be your excuse to get cloth trainers too?    lol

I think it's way to early for PLing

She's not very verbal so it's not easy for her to communicate when she's wet (the best we get is Mama! Dis!!) . She grabs her crotch as she pees and rips off the diaper as soon as she's finished. Loosening the snaps would make it easier for her to put new ones on but then they'd leak out of the legs when she peed (skinny thighs). I don't think she knows when she's about to start peeing though.

I've been putting her potty out for her to explore. She likes sitting on it but won't pee on it... she does like to sit on it after ripping off her diaper though and read a book - lol

I've got her in some pull-up training pants I bought from etsy at the moment but I bet she pees right through them!

I agree with Cass.  Maybe try EC with PL.
