I can't believe I have to ask this, but since I took about 2 months to wean DS I have to ask.

I was an EPer and over the last month my supply has gone more and more down. I am OK with this since I've gone through such hell just to get this far.

I haven't pumped since Sun a.m. and am just this afternoon getting really uncomfortable. I don't want to pump, if I don't have to, but I'm not sure if I need to worry about clogged ducts/mastitis if I don't and I don't know how to ease the pressure.

Suggestions? TIA!!!
