Is there a point you should worry about how much you're bleeding? This is my second AF since delivery. The first one was pretty heavy. I mean I could go through a super tampon in like 1-2 hours. I didn't have cramps or anything though. Same thing this time. I was sitting on the couch and I felt a huge gush and was like whoa. Go to the bathroom, completely destroyed a pair of underwear and damn near left a spot on the couch!! Anyways...after I've disgusted you all...is there a point you should worry about how much your bleeding during your AF?

    If you are worried I would make a call to your OB and ask a nurse. My AF went back to normal after each pregnancy.

    I go in on Thursday to get my IUD put in, so I figure I'll ask then.
