Fever? Call or not?

I think I overstressed myself yesterday.. I had my baby a week ago yesterday and I was feeling better yesterday so I was up and about the house. I helped make dinner, walked up and down the stairs and basically was guilty of not following doctor's orders about resting for 2 weeks.

Last night, I started to feel terrible- my hormones were all out of whack and spent about an hour bawling at 1 am. My mom helped with the baby last night so that I could get some sleep... I woke up this morning and was REALLY sore. Couldn't even get out of bed without my stitches/ hemmies hurting and had a bit extra bleeding (nothing to write home about though).

I had a splitting headache all day so I pounded fluids and napped a bit during the day to try and get rid of it. Checked my temp earlier and it was 101.6. Still taking my Ibuprofen every 6 hours.. Checked again an hour after I took the IB and my temp went down to 101.4, not a big change.

My D/C instructions say to call the doctor's office if you have a temp above 100.5, but it's after office hours so is it excessive to call the after hours line? Should I just grit my teeth and sleep on it, call in the morning after trying to sleep tonight?
