I'm just c&p'ing what my mom put on her Facebook. Wanted to let everyone know though!! So frustrating...
"PLEASE BEWARE!!!!! I found an Easter outfit for my grandson at a boutique in Charleston, SC, but they didn't have his size. I googled it and found it at Best Dressed Child. Without checking reviews (MISTAKE!) I ordered it. It came quickly, but one of the seams wasn't sewn and had begun to fray. I called the company only to get a recording that they handle all correspondence through email. I emailed and didn't get a response, so emailed again- with no response. I began searching for reviews, and realized I'd been had. All reviews report non-existent customer service. I also looked at my receipt with the return policy on the back- you have 14 DAYS from the day you ORDER to return. And no way to get in touch to discuss. I am still waiting for any correspondence, but frankly, I've realized that I have no recourse other than to warn others. By the way, this outfit was $50.00 in the Charleston boutique, and $52 plus shipping from Best Dressed Child, a total of $59.95!
Re: XP: PSA: don't buy from www.bestdressedchild.com
If it was put on a credit card, she can have the cc company fight this battle..
I'm sorry she got duped!

Ooh, good idea...I'll relay that to her. Thanks!
Ditto this! In the past year, I have disputed two purchases on my Visa card through my Visa company and won both. The first was huge - like a $2000 furniture purchase that still hadn't been delivered after 7+ months (I really don't think it ever would have come... also learned the hard way by checking company reviews AFTER my purchase). After that, we will ALWAYS use our Visa card for big purchases. Love Visa Disputes.
I believe she is.
