How long did it take for you to notice a difference?
C started on it yesterday. I know when we initially started giving him Zantac, the pedi said it could take a few days and up to 2 weeks before we'd know if it was working or not, so I'm trying to get an idea of what to expect.
And am I the only one who has trouble getting all the granules out of the syringe??
Re: If your baby is/was on Prevacid
Oh good - I'm hoping this will help C a lot! And at $60 for the Rx, we'd like to see results soon!
I hadn't thought about just trying to let pieces of the tab dissolve in his mouth - I was just doing what the pedi said. How old was Luca when you started doing that? It sounds much easier...
with truitt i never saw an improvement and that was how we figured out he had a lactose intolerance rather than reflux
with mathis, it took a week to 10 days and if we miss a day (so 2 doses for us), we start all over again.
we never used the syringe either. just put it between his gums and cheek and it should dissolve. sometimes i would squirt just a little water in his cheek after to make sure it all dissolved and went down
Ditto. Prevacid gave Dylan terrible stomach pains. We then switched to hypoallergenic formula and all got better.
BFP with no treatment!
