Would you use a Full/Queen Quilt on Twin bed??

Im hoping to redo my dd's room as she will be 4 soon.  I saw a great quilt, but cant seem to find it in a twin....My mom says Just use the Full and then you dont need a dust ruffle....I might try it, but hate for it to look sloppy.

Yes, a full but not a queen.  I use a king down comforter on my queen bed on purpose.  I like the extra comforter.

if you use a box spring, yes.  On ds's bed we don't use the box spring so his full bed is low to the ground.  The queen comforter he has on there hangs way to far over since the bed is so low.  i hate it.
