Normal to sleep all the time?

My twins wake up every 2-3 hours to BF. They are awake for about an hour for eating, diaper change, swaddling, and rocking. Then I put them in their swing and they go back to sleep. It's pretty much the same thing at night, but it's all done in the dark and quiet, and they go to bed in their cribs. I know I need to have "activity" in between eating and sleeping, but they are so not interested in doing anything yet.  Is this okay? Essentially, they are sleeping ALL day.  Oh, and I swaddle them every time they go to sleep. I feel bad, like their little bodies won't be able to grow all wrapped up, but they won't relax and sleep without it. What do you think?

re. swaddling, they grew in your belly, and imagine how smushed they were

They are only a month old.  They will sleep more than not at that age.
