All right girls - how did we all do for Easter?
I give myself a C+. I ate ok but didn't get much excercize outside of a 30 min walk with Dh - so the pace was a bit slower than what I usualy do.
Easter dinner was amazing - yum yum yum.
Today I had a fruit and yogurt smoothie for breakfast and I have some chicken chilli and a salad for lunch.
I will do good this week - no excuses, no ifs ands or buts!

I mostly sucked. I did go to the gym for about an hour and a half Saturday and didn't eat terribly all weekend since I was on my own, but I did drink. A LOT. I know that's not healthy.
At least what I ate wasn't too bad. Lots of grilled/baked chicken, fresh salsa, and low-fat baked tortilla chips. And I guess I did walk around while I was shopping. But I feel like this weekend was one big FAIL.
Back to the gym again today. Bagel and black coffee for breakfast, and I'll get Subway for lunch.

I didn't do well. I only had about 3-5 pieces of chocolate but I did no physical activity (well I played Wii and had sex, does that count?)
I plan to exercise mon, tues, weds, thurs, sat this week. I need to get back into it. My love handles are taunting me.

I have my first dress fitting on Friday so I have been working hard.
My weight has hardly budged, but my measurements have gone down - a quarter inch off each arm, half an inch from my waist. I have exercised every day - hiked, boot camp classes, running, yoga, and my little free weights to work my arms.
Running is getting a little better.

I did pretty well. I busted my butt physically, not at a gym. I put in a new flowerbed, gardened, cleaned like crazy etc.
I did have a baking orgy on Friday but managed to only eat two cupcakes all weekend and maybe two cookies. I stuck with the veggie pastas.
I didn't gain any weight but I didn't lose any either. I feel like that's good considering all the food I made, but at the same time I'm depressed because I'm 9 lbs away from my goal deadline which is thursday so i won't meet it and its all I can do not to eat whatever I want because that ticks me off.
Lots of exercise this weekend in the form of playing outdoors with the LO. Tag, water fights, bike riding, etc. I also did a lot of cleaning indoors.
I did OK with eating, but I did have some Peeps.
I sucked. Green Bean Casserole and Cannoli's were seriously calling my name.
Oh and so was bday cake.
