Today she got up at 6:15 am compared to her usual 7:30-8:30. I used to just nurse her back to sleep when she woke up but now that I've weaned, I wasn't about to feed her another bottle (she just had one). How do I get her to sleep later?
DD usually wakes up between 6:30 and 7. I don't mind her getting up that early because she's in bed bhy 7:30 every night. But some morning, she'll wake up really early. If she does, I don't go in her room and she'll fall back to sleep after 5 minutes or so. The cut off is 6. If she wakes up after that, she won't go back to sleep. I swear she can read the time on the clock on the wall in her room... in the dark even. Anyway, can you just not go in her room and get her? Maybe she would fall back to sleep since it's so early.
Ha! I would kill for that late. DD gets up between 5 & 5:30. We are attempting to put her to bed a little later each night in the hopes of her sleeping in a little later. So far, not so good. Good luck to you!

I'm right there with you.I swear that DS can read his dig. clock too! lol, everytime he gets up for the day he looks right at the clock and smiles (what a stinker! lol) DS was on a kick of waking up at 4:30 or 5:30 and the only way to get him back down was a bottle...I hated that option, but it worked. We tried the CIO technique, but he doesn't cry! lol he would play for about an hour or more if I let him hang out! He has finally been sleeping to 6:30, but it could be a fluke...*fingers crossed that it's not*
