Are deviled eggs ok to eat?

I really want some and I was going to make them for easter. I make mine with only eggs, miracle whip, and relish.

 

Are they safe to eat? I keep finding more and more things I am "not" supposed to eat!

as long as the mayo is made with pasturized eggs and not homemade you should be fine! 

I ususally make my own mayo for deviled eggs, so it makes me sad to have to use jarred...

As long as you refrigerate them after you make them, they're fine to make ahead.  Hard boiled eggs are safe to keep in the fridge for about a week.
