I started it when I only had 10 more lbs to lose to get to pre-preg weight and I have lost it all!!!  Now, I am trying to lose 5 more to get to my ultimate goal!!

I did level 1 for 10 days, but I cant lie..I took a couple days off here and there.  G/L!!

It's a Jillian Michael's weight loss DVD, right? I was thinking of getting this because it sounds good... can somebody tell me what equipment you need to do the workouts??? (dumbells, etc.)

Hand weigts and a mat if needed. I use canned corn instead of hand weights.

I start level 2 next week.  I give myself weekends off and walk instead.  Yikes...I'm scared now.

I start level 2 tonight and I'm dreading it. I did it last year in prep for my wedding but never finished.  Level 2 was freaking hard. I can't even begin to imagine what level 3 is like.
