So, I'm stripping my CD's today, but I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. I put my fitteds and covers in a load by themselves (approximately 18 altogether) and I'm washing hot, extra rinse cold...I've done it 4 x already and there still appears to be a little bit of soap in the water. So, I'm going to do it again. ![]()
After the water runs clear, should I then wash them again with detergent in a hot wash cycle and then do an added cold rinse, or are they fine once the water runs clear and I shouldn't do any more washing?
I'm asking because after I get this load figured out, I also have to wash 7 BG AIOs and 7 FuzziBunz pockets in a load together and I'm sure it's going to take a loooooong time and numerous washes to strip those.
Just wanted to know what else I'm in for today.
Oh, and BTW...I'm going to use Calgon in the last wash cycle to try to help further strip. Should I be using it in every wash, though????
Thanks.
