Off to 2 month appt...sad

I hope LO will be okay when she gets her shots..I am sad for her.  I wish she was older so I could buy her an ice cream after (that always helped me after doctors!)

    Just scoop her up right away and hold her tight. That calmed DS right down.
     
    I won't lie, it's really hard hearing them scream like that (it brought tears to my eyes) but knowing you can comfort them makes it a little better. Good luck!

    nursing or cuddling are great right after, and a warm bath and bicycle legs/froggy kicks once home help move the vaccines through the system faster

    Aww, we're headed to the same appt. in a bit :(  I've heard it hurts us Mom's more than them---I'm sure I'll be shedding some tears and feeling anxiety like I am starting to now.  Eeek- this new Mom thing is crazy. :)
