When you got the store credit for Franklin Goose, how did it show up? Did they send you an email or something? Or did it just appear once you were placing an order?
I've reviewed a bunch of stuff and I know they said they're super backlogged and to please be patient, but... dammit... I don't wanna wait!

Hey! It took me 4-5 days to get the credit. It shows up on the page that says My Account. There are usually five boxes, and when it shows, it will be six, and will show the total credit you have. I just kept checking back somewhat obsessively.
I read that they are super backlogged, so it may be a few days. However, they ship fast -- I got my first item today (they ship in multiple packages, by brand, which is weird) and am so excited to get free stuff!
