I hate that I'm optimistic today

Yesterday was a bad day and today for some reason I'm overly optimistic that my next BFP will happen quickly. I guess maybe its because before this last BFP I wasn't sure if my right tube was clear and working properly and atleast now I know that I can get pregnant on my own.  I'm just afraid this possitive attitude will last all of 3 seconds before I'm bitter and jealous again.  My best friend is coming down to visit her family this weekend with her 3 month old.  I haven't seen her since before she gave birth so part of me is really excited to finally meet her little girl and the other part of me is afraid its going to make me really really sad!

I am so sorry you are going through this..but what a great friend you are to see your friend...and who knows you may get that BFP right away when do you think you might try again?

This next cycle were not "trying" but were not preventing. The Dr. said we could start TTC right away because it was such an early loss but DH and I agreed to give ourselves an emotional break and just let things happen if there meant to.  So this cycle no charting, opk's or anything just BD because we want to when we want to!

well it's very possible and maybe the time to "be " with your husband will help..I got pregnant the second time before I got my period so you never know..GL I will be thinking of you:)

I'm sorry you're having to go through this.  I go through days when I'm optimistic and days when I'm not.  I think that's OK.  ::hugs::

Good luck to you! I am in a similar situation this month with a very early loss, and I've been really optimistic as well.  I kind of hate it too, because I think I'm setting myself up for a crushing disappointment in a few days.

But it is really good to know that we can conceive on our own. We had just seen an RE for an initial consult who said that it was unlikely that we'd be able to because of DH's low motility.  I just hope it doesn't take another 10 months!

Thanks girls. Part of me thinks its good that I'm optimistic and the other part of me feels like I'm setting myself up for a let down. It took ALOT for me to accept that I'm not going to have a 2010 baby.
