TTC After a Loss

Really need motivation

So I haven't been to the gym since before approx. mid January because so many things were going on at work (exam time for students) and at home (we were TTC and that is a busy time for bday's). Then I got my BFP and started spotting, so I really didn't get back into it. Now that the m/c is done, I really need to get back to the gym.

I'm the type of person who will gain 5 pounds just by looking at cake (lol... ok, a mild exageration), but it's just to say how important exercise is for me. I REALLY need to get back to the gym but just cannot find the strength or motivation...

  • Haha... love it. Now that's good motivation. Reminds me of my day, I took my students to a science center and they had a dinosaur exhibition.

    I LOVE this!

    Seriously I'm in the same boat.  I stopped working out when I found out "the news".  I haven't been back to the gym/workout class but I have started walking A LOT now that the weather is great.  I fly home for Easter and I am promising myself I will start being good after I get home. I gained a couple pounds from the pregnancy and a couple of more from eating my emotions after.  I also was so tired during the pregnancy that I slacked off with working out.  I really want to be in good shape for the next pregnancy so that is my ultimate motivation.  I am doing this for the baby that I hope to have some day soon.  Cheesy but true.
