How many carbs a day should I eat to loose the 10 pounds?

  • By June? You've got a couple months. It depends on how carb-tolerant your body is, so you may have to play around to see. I'd say start with 50g of carbs a day, and see how that does you for weight loss. Try to do 50g of arbs per day, 1g of protein per pound of lean body mass, and the rest fat.
