Tummy Rumblings

Hey Ladies,

I just found out that I am pregnant, about 4.5 weeks along, and have been having so pretty crazy tummy rumblings (indigestion) and cramping in my pelvic area. Im pretty paranoid, so can anyone tell me what is completely normal and what I should be concerned about? Thanks!
