...while googling "Mother's Day after miscarriage" (yeah, I'm doing my homework early):
The fact that it is about a goat was too intriguing to resist. I feel sad for this poor little goat. Our board's goats are much less sympathetic.

Aw, poor goat! That's really sad.
Goes to show you that actual goats > Bump goats
Also, can I just say that Mother's Day this year is going to be pretty much the worst day of my life? Unless I'm KU again and things are looking good. Which is a lot of pressure.

Poor goat, I didn't know an animal can die of sadness. Poor think. Mother's day will be hard, but I don't think nearly as hard as my EDD.
Actually, May will just blow in general with Mother's Day and then my EDD 20 days later.

I'm pretty much scared of how that day will go. Even now just thinking about doing something for my own mother got me choked up.
Yeah, not to be all Debbie Downer on you guys, but my mom passed away some 15 years ago or so.
So I can't even celebrate her. I mean, I can celebrate her, and I usually do, but this year is going to BLOW CHUNKS. I don't know if I have it in me to celebrate DH's FH sisters or whatever.
Ugh, as a step-mom, I already dislike Mother's Day. This year it will suck even more.

What are "bump goats"?
people that rarely post on this board then come and announce their BFP's..it is very frowned upon!!
Bump goats are girls who come on here to announce a drive-by BFP after never posting or getting to know us. It's heavily frowned upon. To say the least.

Yeah, "goat" came before my time here, but I gather that it started out when someone said "Who left the gate open?" after the board got all these drive-by BFP posts. Or so the tale goes...
