About that age we had to do toes while they sat in their highchairs so they couldnt see.  We started doing fingers when sesime street was on so they were distracted.  It only took the intro so they wernt in front of the TV long but it worked.  I know what you mean about the squirming.  Then you get one done and look at the other like OMG I have to do that again.  GL
