Health & Exercise Check In (and a clicky poll)

How are things going so far this week ladies? 

Did you meet your goals for last week?  I forgot to ask you that on Monday.

Now for the clicky poll.  IHO of my new rule to avoid exercising on CD1.

My goal/promise last week was to do 4 cardio workouts (with some jogging in short increments) and 2 strength training workouts and I actually made it! 

I have the same promise for this week, but I've only got one workout in so far.  I'm heading to the Y after work this afternoon to get moving.

I didnt do so well last week..AF showed up and she always slows me down plus DS got sick.  This week is better I worked out yesterday and have plans to tomorrow.  Maybe a walk today if I get off work early enough.

I hate AF!  I'm glad this week is better.  I take it your DS is feeling better too?

Yesterday was an off week after our horrible 5k day.

So far this week I've managed to go walking 1 time, 3 more to go. I also just got my fertility yoga dvd and I plan on doing that tonight.

My goal last week was to work out each weekday - I failed as I only did 4/5 BUT I did pick up that lost day on Saturday!

My goal is the same this week and I am 3/3 so far which is impressive because I haven't slept for 3 nights in row. I am quite proud that I didn't reset my alarm to try to sleep more!
