My sister wore something like that to a dance a couple months ago and she loved them.  Personally, I think they're fugly.

Yes.  That trend is icky, but these aren't horrendous.

(But, I am not fashion forward.  I don't like Tarzan/Goliath/bondage-fun sandals.)
