    I've had it when it was pretty dry and thats a bummer.  Its best with cream cheese frosting

    I have never connected carrot cake and easter before.  lol.

    I always make it for Easter.  I have no idea why, or how it got started lol.  I like it, if it's homemade.

    Carrot Cake is associated with Easter in a lot of families because its a spring time food. the Carrots are in season and plus you have that whole bunny likes carrots thing.
