Hey, there!

     I found her Elmo/Sesame Street party decorations at both Target and Flower Factory in Centerville. Target has the tablecloths, napkins, and plates. Flower Factory had similar things, but they had the Elmo banner, table topper and other party additions to choose from. All the decor was inexpensive as well! We designed her Elmo party invite with an Etsy seller. HTH.
