Or I could be completely wrong, and have another 60 day cycle and need provera.

Ahhhh, and I was hoping having a baby "fixed" my PCOS.

    hmmm it's hard to say, b/c I don't really see ovulation having occured.

    it could be that you're gearing up for O & this is your huge temp dip beforehand?

    Can't tell. Could be a giant temp dip before O? But I don't think having a youngun fixes PCOS anyway, so if your charts and cycles were wonky before, they will probably be wonky afterward as well.
