s/o trolls and cyberbullying

This is a current rant from one of my anti-government "friends" on FB.  His diatriabes are usually over a page long so I dont read them but this one is shorter so I took the time.

Wonder what excuse Washington will use to takeover control & censorship of internet? Must be something that makes us feel it's a good thing in a government takeover & censorship of our ability to openly communicate. My guess, they'll use issue of "cyberbullying." "We must takeover internet to protect our children fro...m cyberbullying so they don't kill themselves."
