Right?  Nothing else is pregnancy safe?  I don't have my list of approved meds here at school with me and I might try to run out and get something if I can.

You can take sudafed.  I never took it, but I know it's on the "OK" list.

you might just be getting to the point where you nose is going to be swollen and stuffy all the time.  It's super fun.

My Dr. allows Benadryl, Sudafed, Tylenol Cold, and Zyrtec.

NetiPots are the devil. (at least to me)

My doc says PLAIN Sudafed is fine. Get it from behind the pharmacist counter. Non-drowsy, NO PE.
