Thanks so much for asking! I was just about to post!
He is doing much better! After seeing 103.8 on the thermometer last night, I definitely thought we would be headed to the ER!
We checked him at 10 and he felt super hot, so we took his temp (it was 102.2) and gave him tylenol. He went right back to sleep. We checked him again around 1 and he was cool to the touch, so I didn't bother waking him.
When he woke up this morning, his temp was still a bit elevated at 100.6, but he's eating and playing, so that's a good sign (along with STTN)!
I'm going to keep taking his temp today (because I'm obsessive) and give him meds when needed.
Thanks again for asking about my little guy! Last night was scary!
Oh, I'm so glad he's better, was just getting about to ask, myself!
Childhood cancer (DH) + chemo + radiation = 0 sperm.
LO #1 - 1 unmedicated/self-monitored IUI w/ donor sperm.
LO #2 - 1 m/c, 2 BFNs, 4th IUI worked (unmedicated/self-monitored with new donor sperm).
Life is beautiful!
So glad to hear he is doing better and definately a good sign that he is playing and eating!
