Crazy day at work

So I went to work tonight for the last time. I work in retail at a huge national chain. I have been there 6 years and I have  seen everything from people cussing me out to having things thrown at me. Nothing could prepare me for what happened.

An old lady was upset about her product (when I say old I mean 75 or so with a walker) She got so angry that she HIT me. It was in the shoulder and she was old so it didn't hurt but OMG it pvssed me off. I am pretty calm most of the time but I thought I was going to go ape shvt. I had to walk away from the situation.

The old lady got escorted out by security, I now think it would have served her right to have been arrested. I know she is old and crazy but who really thinks its ok to go into a public place and hit someone. Let alone a pregnant person?

I would have flipped out!  I get mad when strangers get in my personal space, without touching me.

Wow that is crazy.  I swear everyone should work in retail and restaurants at least once in their lifetime to learn how to treat others.
