Remember last week when I got that FB friend request

from the who got me hurt in the car accident?  Well, I kicked it around for a week and said WTF, add him., who cares.  It was 100 years ago.  So I accepted on Saturday. 

10 minutes later a chat pops up.  It's him.  *facepalm*  I totally thought it was a courtesy add.  So he's all what have you been up to, blah, blah.  I was way guarded about what I told him.  It was kind of wierd, but whatever.  Then suddenly, poof, he's offline.  Riiiiiight.  Tonight, I get a from him on chat and he was offline 2 minutes later.

Odd, right?  I have a theory on this.  Now, I am going to play along to see if I am right.

Very weird.  I can't remember the details of the story about him, but does he have other issues?  Like emotional/behavioral issues that would make him act like that given your history?  You don't have to answer (which I know you know), I'm obviously being nosy.

That he's bored and looking for a hookup on the side.  We had and on/off thing for years, so it's not out of the realm of possibility.

Nope.  I was badly injured in the accident and the friendship ended when I sued his insurance company.
