A college friend (ex-roomie) got married two years ago.  They were engaged for about a year beforehand, so she has had her rings about three years.  They are obnoxiously huge and she has always been really vocal about how much they cost, how they snag on things, that they're financed etc...

Well, she just made a fb post about how they finally paid them off.  I just find this a little odd.

    I have a friend JUST like this. She is still paying off the ring/wedding...they got married three years ago.

    let me guess, she is also one of those people contributing to the housing crisis in this country, because they bought a huge house they can't afford? LAME.
